At this very moment, it is pouring down raining. It has been rather warm and I'm HOPING for cooler weather after this rainfall!
I bought this skirt from the newest Topshop store while in Chicago this summer. I still dream about all the goodies I wish I could have gotten. (No room in the suitcase!) Most would probably wear this skirt very casual. Pairing my blue cap toed pumps with this made this a get-up for a lunch date with friends!
